Want to see the same wall 10 times?

Then welcome! For the past week and a half we were on an amazing Pacific Northwest extravaganza. I think we saw everything except Bigfoot. I should really be doing laundry but instead I’m (still) obsessing about wall treatments. The trip was hours of driving so I had hours to think about house stuff. I thought about the possibilities of weird wood wall installation….road weary or genius, I’m not sure. And now I can’t even think about the laundry. All I can do is walk around the house literally staring at walls, and it all seems to come down to this one (again!).

Do you ever use the Sherwin Williams paint color visualizer? You can upload your own photo of your space and then virtually paint it, which equals endless hours of fun. This may be one of the most productive hobbies because it pulls me away from literally staring at walls. Here are the fruits of my labors…picture them all in grasscloth or wood:

Take aways: The all white is surprisingly pretty nice. So is the dark brown. Things got really good when I changed the lamp from green to orange. The orange wall is straight crazy, but I still love it so what does that say about me?
